I rebelled against the riverlands, immeidately starting off with Maidenpool, Duskendale and Kings Landing. While i do get money from the cities, no rent is being collected from their villages. when conquering a new castle i get control of the villages but not the old ones. they do belong to my kingdom i just cannot hand them out to any lord or myself. when i ask the chancellor about it he gives me no such option, which i can use to hand out the fiefs without an owner.

what do ?

also is it possible to change culture ? it does not show up in the domestic options...
