Troops in garison disapearing
First I make a patrol of 352 troops. I then wait for them to set out and talk to them. Then I tell them to reinforce my village of Spicetown which always gets attacked. The 352 men go there, but other lords still attack it as if there is no defence. Then those troops disapear and I cant get them back via disband patrol option.

probably got killed, theres no notification or anything. Also, spicetown as in the village right? cant reinforce, only patrol around it.

I forgot to update. What I have found is that to reinforce a garrison of a town is you send them on patrol, then intercept them as they leave the castle or town and ask them to reinforce the garrison, then select your village.
It seems that the enemies will still raid the town and burn it and the enemies wont be affected by the garrison in the town. However, if you attack the lord attcking the town and the map is that village, all your troops in that garrison will help you.

hmm, i see, so essentially they join the "allied reinforcements" of the village map. Interesting. If only i didnt have use my own garrison for patrols, freelancers are useless.
