There is no Daenerys in the game files, so she is not in the game, hence you can't be her vassel. The only named Targaryen are King Aegon Targaryen (Faction Leader) and Prince Rhaegar Targaryen (Quickbattle)

If you want to be a vassal of Dany, then the other mod is for you, but you have to pick the show version at game startup. This mod is based on the books.

He is referring to A World of Ice and Fire (AWOIAF) mod. Version 7.0 of AWOIAF mod should be coming out sometime early this week :)
