My guy is currently plated in armor, and he's invulnerable to 90% of attacks. Not only that, but I noticed that heavy foes are impervious to my archers and crossbowmen as well. I took over a Myr crossbowman after my guy was knocked out (for once), and my bolts dealt 0 damage to some heavily-armored axe guards.
