Project Redemption has built in patches supporting many mods, as to avoid creating an exorbitant amount of addon patches with very little value on their own:

Built in support for More Planet Info, particularly with the USCM Remnant Bunker dungeon.

Built in Book of Spirits support for most NPCs and Monsters.

Built in support for Planet Search so that the USCM Remnant Bunker will show up under its proper name.

Built in support for The Bookstore, with virtually all of the mod's codices being available with the Codex - A bookstore addon as well. Even enables a new codex entry and postcard as a bonus, both sold by the Novakid newsboy.

Built in integration for Customizable Shuttlecraft introducing a new ship signature based off of the USCM remnant ship alongside Terrene Peacekeeper shuttlecraft encounters and a new shuttlecraft decal as a bonus!

Support for the new intro missions added by the following mods (You should be able to find the Damaged Handgun in these, as it made contextual sense for them):
