Alter galaxy wide population cap in AOTR?
How do I alter the galaxy wide population cap, where would it be located in the .XML files, and what would it be called inside the files? I feel like this is the only way to get what I want until some of the submods are updated

I know it adds a challenge, and some may scoff at cheating, but it's the way I like to play (plus a galaxy spanning factions only having so much space for units seems a little silly to me, but I guess you can hand wave that away with logistics and resources and such)

Trainers like WeMod only work with resources anymore, and Cheat Engine's tables won't activate for me. The only other thing I can seem to find online is is unit cap alterations in battle but that's not what I'm looking for.

Can anyone help? Thanks.

SpecialStructures_Underworld
SpecialStructures_Rebel
SpecialStructures_Empire

These are the 3 XML files u will need to edit. For Underworld find U_Ground_Cantina and increase the value inside <Additional_Population_Capacity></Additional_Population_Capacity> to whatever you want.

For Empire search for Empire_Prison_Infantry and do same

For rebels search for Rebel_Infantry_Warehouse and do the same.

Once done save files and start up the game and build those buildings and ur galactic pop will be boosted

I know how to up space units, but how is this done for ground units? I don't want anything insane. Maybe like 5 more ground units in Awakening of the Rebellion?. Figure I'd bump here instead of starting a new thread. Internet searches didn't yield much as far as this mod works, So again, any help is appreciated.

boosting ground pop is not recommended as can cause crashes or other issues
