I had a ship dealer war, and as I already had a ship refitter being built I just let it finish. When that happened I got the discount hero and pumped out Kiltrin Frigates and Lictors. When he left, however, I could no longer build any ship trader units. Is there a way to fix this? or do I just have to wait until another ship dealer war mission comes along?
