STAR WARS™ Empire at War: Gold Pack

Awakening of the Rebellion 2.11.9: Jump To Hyperspace
Difficulty specifics?
Just looking for some information on the specific differences between difficulties?

The Wiki says it's just speed of building, amount of income, with 'Normal' having a short pause between actions.

Usually I would play on normal because I hate giving AI more cheats than they usually have, but here is an example of an undocumented difference in difficulty:

Playing as the Empire, having played the Maw story mission in both normal and hard, in Normal the mission is pathetically easy, but in hard the enemy fleet is maybe double the size with a heavy capital ship in there.

So obviously the story missions are tweaked, is there anything else not mentioned in the wiki or a more reliable source for the details?

Cheers.

Aside from the credits and buildspeed bonuses and harder story missions, the AI also spends less time idling on the galactic map as well as in battle.
It reacts faster and is more aggressive on strategic and tactical level
I think this is still a thing, but the harder difficulties also have an AI mechanic in which they select a planet, two or three jumps into your territory and builds a fleet and ground force to fight through every planet on the path to try and take it. Normal has that AI mechanic disabled.

Edit: outdated info

@SevTheHunter321, rampage hasn't been a thing for a long time now.

@Baron, The wiki is accurate about difficulty, but yes many story missions are also difficulty adjusted too. AI will also target more effectively in space battles on higher difficulties. Feel free to add this to the wiki if its missing.
Ahhh, thanks for letting me know! My mistake, going to edit my comment now

Thanks all, gives me a bit of clarity. Finding Normal too easy and Hard is...pretty damn hard, but I think Ill stick with hard and see if I can push through it. Cheers.
