Y-Wing Longprobe as Spies
Hallo,

i need your help. I tried to use the Y-Wing as a Spy on the campaign as a spy like the wiki says.(The unit then disapers) But i dont get information about the ground units and buildings . With the droids in orbit and if i use the Bothan Spy on the planet, i get the infos
Is this intented? Or do i somethign wrong?

"Special Info: To have the Longprobe spy on a planet, move it to one fleet on its own with no other ships. Click and drag it over to an enemy planet, there should be an optional circle that says SPY to the left of the planet. Drag it there and the Longprobe will travel to the planet and begin spying. Note that the SPY ability only lasts for 150 seconds. "

Make sure the planet does not the special trait "cant reveal ground bases" or something like that.

I took Liaana for testing

places Y-Wing over it and then spyied--- nothing
sending Bothan Spies (from another planet) --> i can see the ground units and buildings
take the droids and they take the station over it--> i can see the ground untis and buildings

Reinstalled the mod. But having this issue again.

My Longprobe cannot scan/spy the ground targets. Does anyoneelse has this issue.
Or is it intended that thy only reveal the space forces? Hovering over a plant shows nothing.

After a short test:

Bothan spies: reveal both at spying. Nothing at hovering/placing over a planet
Y-Wing. reveal space at syping. Nothing at hovering/placing over a planet

Leai: Reveals space at hovering/placing over a planet
Han/Chewie: Reveals space at hovering/placing over a planet

Kyle Katarn: Reaveal both hovering/placing over a planet
C3Po/R2D2: Reaveal both hovering/placing over a planet
