Mod permissions
This discussion page is for any mod authors to state their permission to use their mod/ edited versions of their mod in this compilation pack. Any special request by the authors are welcome and I will accommodate them. When posting please give the name of your mod and your statement of permission.

it's okay, I have no clue which of my mods are used in what version in which mod packs at this point anyway. ;)

You have my permission to use my Pet and Fishing Overhaul mod. Cheers! I'm just happy to see my work used and enjoyed by the community. I mod for the love of the game. Not for status and ego boosts. ;)

Agreed, there are going to be a ton of mod packs out there as long as we have this hard limit on active mods. If they're just being bundled and crediting the authors I don't see a problem with that. Of course, it's then going to be up to the author of the compilation to curate it to keep all of those mods up to date.

In any case, you're welcome to use any of my mods in your compilation.

I hereby formally give you permission to use any and all parts of any of my mods. I acknowledge that by giving you this permission this voids any future attempts at legal pursuit regarding this matter. I do however reserve the right to sometimes send you poorly hand-drawn pictures of sleeping children in santa outfits.

As long as Full Respec is untouched (nothing else touches that NPC and UI anyway) it's allright.

You can't use someones files without asking them. Crediting them after the fact doesn't do it. Read the TOS. YOU have to create your content. Unless the contributors all agree to having their stuff contributed.

I ripped synergies apart completely because of this when I uploaded it it caused me no end of grief, to my knowledge its all my work in there now... I found a file that wasn't the other day but I prune what I find as I find it. Its just not the way steam works.







TO REPLY TO YOUR REQUEST FOR PERMISSION ON THE BOON VENDOR.
I was asked for permission to include my boon vendor changes, I'm fine with the boon changes being included, BANDIT i just updated it again, you might want to get the new version. I'm mostly interested in protecting my spawnclasses/art/unique items and monsters anyways. Boon vendor is nice, and could easily have just been replicated on your own.

I was looking into multiple ways of adding a legendary spawnclass into the boon vendor but was having issues with the the 0 5 10 15 20 etc spawnclasses untill I saw how you did your workaround. I do admit that it would have been easily created on my own once seeing how you managed to do it.

I do appologize for asking for permission after the fact, this started as a personal mod and I should have never released it without asking permission. Thanks for understanding, I will look at the new spawnclasses and keep it up to date.

full respec was not altered in any way and was included as a whole into the mod.

You officially have my permission to include Enhance Charater Creation in your mod compilation. Due to the 10 mod limitation, I understand the desire for this type of mod.
