It won't let me unify Germany...
All I get when going down Bismarcks way of unifying Germany is waiting longer than 1871 and then I am stuck with being Kingdom of Prussia for well forever ... I tagged france to see what was taking soooo long and it says FRA_flag_resolution_schleswig_war for the National Focus "The Biarritz Meeting"...

Please Help!!!

Forming Germany and Italy currently isn't implemented but it is being worked on.
