How do I revert to vanilla?

I installed, didn't like it and then uninstalled; however, it's bugged my game and mods, meaning I can no longer play my campaign. How do I revert to vanilla?

Wish Supervisor has Total War: WARHAMMER II

I am having the same issue, except i just want it gone to be able to play with friends. If the friend you are trying to play with doesn't have KMM then the game will detect it as modded, even without other mods installed.
