Top of explorer, make sure show hidden is checked to be able to see the Appdata folder. Delete mod manager and game data files. You can leave your profiles which are your saved mod selections for auto loading. Delete the unzipped Kaedrin's Mod Launcher folder from where you launch, go to your downloads and open the original download files, and replace.

The above is the nuclear option for a Kaedrin's error.

Go to Steam games list, click the filter to make that list tools, uninstall common redistributables, reboot, install the common redistributables again.

Go to Microsoft and download .netframework and run the program likely selecting the repair option.

Run Kaedrin's as Admin.

NOTE: The game to which it is loading, if there are too many saves for the resources you have available can also cause a crash and or error
