The issue that i am having is that i cant fined the crafting recipe for stone arrows, the error log shows this.

(CE ammo injector found no recipe named MakeAmmo_Arrow_Stone)

the actual arrows are in the game but the recipe to make them are not.

I am running the LOTR Third age and Medieval Times with patches for CE any ideas why the recipe would go missing?
