Is there a way to add spy xp via the console?
I just want to test some stuff out and I need to know if you can add esp xp from the console.

Yes, sorry didn't notice this until now.

Select your country in diplomatic view, and then type in console:

set_var spy_xp 500 to add 500 for example

for spies

set_var spies_available 500
