Hi. I have an idea for a Scout cosmetic but I have no idea how to make cosmetics and it seems impossible, so I wanna try to ask people who can, if they can take up my idea.

I'm posting it here because this cosmetic relates to the one I have in mind.

I hope that with posting this, the makers of this cosmetic hopefully see it and consider my idea.

If you guys do, please contact me for more details, and to let me in on the project. I have ideas for how it could all go, etc. Plus I'd hope to be considered one of the creators, for creating the idea. I've wanted to somehow make this cosmetic for years and never knew what to do to make it come true, so if you do work on it please let me be a creator.
