Flying EDARs

Discussion
The purpose of this mod is to determine whether giving DARs the ability to fly is more interesting and fun. Many people don’t like the idea of having robots in the game, others don’t like how they’re currently implemented, and others like them as is. My opinion (which matters only in that it has inspired this mod and its direction) is that they are currently poor enemies in many aspects: damage feedback (both from and to), health/armour and fairness (particularly the trapper). I think it unlikely that Tripwire will remove them from the base game, so I am offering an alternative implementation of the DARs.

As stated before, this is a basic implementation of flight and can be improved upon fairly easily. This serves as a proof of concept. Largely, I would like feedback on whether you prefer this over the current implementation of DARs, and how it could be improved. Hopefully this feedback will be useful for Tripwire in adjusting their DARs to be more engaging.

Feel free to discuss this mod, Tripwire's DARs, how they compare, and how both could be improved. Please keep it civil and constructive.

All in all, more enemy variety is always welcome, and thankfully TW had the forethought of implementing them in a Beta for people to test out.
Of course they need to be worked on, and my main complaint is that they're considered to be regular enemies, I don't mind fighting one EDAR as long as it's the only one that's I'm focusing.
I can't say much for balance, but the fix I'd suggest is making their arrival announced as a special enemy, like Scrakes and Fleshpounds, but maybe making it so that they're a different variant of a mini boss, same thing should go to Rioters in my opinion, but that's not the topic at hand.
All in all, they're enjoyable to fight, and the variety is great, but the fact that they can be overwhelming in pairs and more is the problem.
I like this idea! Mainly with the flying part.

Makes them easier to target within crowds of Zeds. Wish Tripwire could implement this to them at some point in the future as a retunement like they did by turning the Elite Alpha Clot into the Rioter.

In their current state, I agree that these new DARs probably need to spawn less frequently. I haven't played it on multiplayer much yet though. I will be adjusting the spawn frequency and stats of the DARs based on feedback.
