Just got to planet M4-78. I chose T3 to go in. I got to where the you have to enter the code at the ventilation console equal to the number of active droids on the planet to clean out the radiation in the air. I entered the number wrong because I didn't account for the two I destroyed, talked to droid in manufacturing, and I got sent back to the main area. Made my way back to the ventilation console and was stopped by the security droids on the way who let me go shortly after. Finally made it back to the console, entered the correct number, got the cut scene confirming it, the green smoke cleared out . Then BOOM black screen.
I can move my character, open the main menu and the map, but the screen is stuck black. quick saving knocks me out of the black screen but the story wont progress. My journal still says I need to enter the correct code, but the console says I already have and the vents are no longer spewing out green smoke.

I have a hard save right before entering the code incorrectly the first time and one on Korriban before unlocking M4-78.
Any help would be much appreciated, I'd hate to lose all my progress.
