Now, if you are wondering how communism is going to work, let me give you an idea. Everything, including businesses and houses, belongs to the state. That is a good thing, because the state is basically an extension of yourself. It is not intersted in making profit from you, because it is already working for you. Whatever profit the state businesses make is sent directly, through pay raises, or indirectly, through building factories and houses, to you, instead of some guy who was lucky enough to inherit a business or an apartment block and sucks the living hell out of you. That abscense of need for profit for your personal needs will end up in everyone's wallet. That also means the state will be able to offer free services to its people, like food and healthcare (url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unschooling]but hopefully not education[/url]). Sure, everyone is paid the same or nearly the same, but don't forget that everyone now can satisfy their basic human needs. Try to put your personal need to feel better or richer than the guy next to you, you will be able to satisfy your basic human needs as well. Isn't that enough?
And a last word, communism doesn't have to come from one day to another. It will come slowly, but steadily, through constant reformation of the laws that govern our economic system. Vote for the communist parties in your region, help spread communism throughout the world. Thank you for listening.
