In what country is gm_mobenix_v3 located?
I think gm_mobenix_v3 is in Austria, because the City on skybox looks like in austrian style

I don't think it's located anywhere. It just uses the default HL2 European buildings as props.

Since the skyboxes are used in Half Life 2, and Half Life 2 takes place in an unspecified eastern European country. However this is just the skybox, none of the buildings in the map resemble any eastern European country architecture as far as I'm aware. Also, gamer freddy fazbear mentioned this before me, so good on him.
