Automatic transmission issue (stuck at 1st gear)

How can I fix the issue? The maximum speed is about 40kph, the engine gauge keep on the red line and it can't switch the gear up. No way to drive it at all

Probably installed manual gearbox, blip the throttle when it reaches max rpm, then it should change. Install DSG gearbox at service
