I exported it from Blender to SFM. So, I can send you the BLEND file. I just don't know how

Or you can just use Crowbar (you can download it for free) and decompile any model. BUT you'll also need Blender Source Tools, which are also free to download.

I would just post the .blend file on DeviantArt. thats where a lot of blender models come from
