Unable to unlock Lemurian foundations

Despite having unlocked all the requirements (unless there's a book or something I need) it still will not unlock. Has anyone else ran into this issue? I also cannot unlock:

Lemurian Ceilings and Wedges
Lemurian Large Gold Pillars
Lemurian Stairs

In short any of the ones tied to Lemurian Foundation :(
