-I have removed the edited the ideas for Canada that gave bonuses to attack and defence (non-core)
-In the Democratic US pathway, Canada can choose to help the US through, which includes a decision and a string of Events

-Edited the Raj a bit so when they Release Pakistan as a puppet, or a free country the "Marginalized Muslim Community" idea goes away.

I've been away on vacation so I haven't got too much done. But I did finish the logic for the Canadian loan events, so next is the localisation.
