I don't know if such a BUG will break the balance. Perhaps keeping this BUG will make maps more interesting. Please give us some advic

Up to you entirely but perhaps remove the clipping on top so you can actually walk on it rather than being blocked by an invisible wall if you're going to decide to keep it. Otherwise, clip it off and make it inaccessible.

I think that exploit should be fixed, or the map should be redesigned partially to support and encourage high-risk - high-reward strategies that utilize more verticality...

Maybe sent that map to 3kliksphillip and ask him for feedback... He's a waaay more experienced mapper...
