I think the citizens should be able to use guns and weapons because all they do is run away. I still think the citizens should run away if they DONT have a gun but I think if they do they should fight back. Some other stuff could change so if anyone has any ideas please reply with this discussion with some useful stuff. Also this is the one good civilian mod i can find where the civilians actually feel real because they actually run and change their relationship with you if you do something bad for you. Also this is like the only VJ Base mod with civilians because i cant find any other ones, if anyone finds something like this please send it to me.
