How do I use it
this is probably a really stupid question but how do I get it up and use it?????

I have the same question. Subscribed, enabled the mod, jumped into the game and none of those menues come up when I click on a state. Is there something you have to press?

Found it. Theres a small arrow right above the map mode buttons
