The biggest issues that I've personally been getting on this map are;

1.) The map loads all black and I have to work with lighting turned off until I load all my stuff in

and

2.) I've heard there was a skybox, but I've tried light sources outside of the school and toggling the lighting settings to no avail.

Any approaches to bypass these problems? Decided to make a discussion here for posterity reasons as it seems a lotta folks have the same questions I do.
