Im having the same issue myself the marker leads to windhelm but the quest info says its around Winterhold

i do not have the mod but i have seen a review of the mod (i think its this mod anyway) and check whiterun near that cow in the paddock or check your shouts(there should be a summon tardis shout

well i got it but i am not sure if it installed properly or not

Go to Winterhold. Look a sort of temple who's normally not there. It's called, If I remember exactly, "Shrine of the Blue Box". After that, just follow the instructions.

the shrine is located east/northeast of winterhold. it's on a cliff so it's kind of hard to spot.

the sonic screwdriver is INSIDE tiid veysun, you need it to get the key to the tardis, you quite literally cannot miss it.

how do you complete the quest though? it says unlock it but it's already unlocked

Can't miss the Sonic Screwdriver? Well I did and I can't find it ;-; plz help

I think my mod may be installed incorrectly since the Sonic Screwdriver is nowhere to be found and the 'Key To The TARDIS' is not there when I noclip!

I can't find the Screwdriver either. It won't let me activate the receptical inside the Shrine. I've tried saving, uninstalling the mod, saving again, then reinstalling it and nothing. Am I just missing it, or is this a bug?

it should be in the receptical, actually. hence my comment about not missing it. if it's not there, then it's not for your lack of observation :P and it's probably a glitch

i would reinstall the mod. unsubscribe, resubscribe. you may need to boot the game in between those steps, idk.
