Basically, when the rocket is being prepared for launch, the progress bar will sometimes start decreasing. This causes the rocket launch to be delayed at times. Sometimes the progress bar will even jump back to the beginning of launch preparation and stay there. I'm not sure if there is some incompatibility with other mods that I might be having. I've tried increasing the budget and still doesn't work. I don't want to decommission it but I also don't want it to be an endless money pit. What can I do to fix this so that my rockets can launch?
