+On backstab, instantly cloak
+10% cloak speed
+ 20% attack rate
+20% extra time until a sentry sees you
- 10% cloak meter on backstab
- 10% attack damage
- 15% extra damage taken from sentries

It's the ultimate anti-engineer knife to use against a sentry nest and single targets, but it isn't as good against a big group (that's for big earner).
