How do i get my mech up?

Its stuck to the ground ive tryed everything from welding it to sv_gravity -100000 to +100000 it just doesnt want to get off the ground , ive physgunned it but it just falls to the ground i tried weight too it just doesnt work. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
