Thirdperson close / far fix + zoom modification in game

and download thirdperson fix.

Download/copy/paste "autoexec.cfg" inside .../l4d2/l4d2/cfg :

( Press "alt" to activate thirdperson and numpad "+" and "-" to use the zoom )
