Up to valve I guess.
I wouldn't mind if it was tbh, since any new rifle they add at this point has a pretty good chance of being super gimmicky. I use the Bazaar Bargain quite a lot, so if this was a reskin at least I could be certain of giving it some use, rather than forcing myself to use a mediocre rifle just cause it looks nice.

On Headshot: 50% faster reload
Gain a speed boost on kill
25% slower reload
On Miss: Become Marked-For-Death for 3 seconds

The rifle for people who want to be closer to the action
