A Random Non-Related Stat Idea
Posted this on a huntsman-type weapon on the workshop but thought it might work for this one.
My idea:

+/-) Fires explosive arrows that can be detonated with ALT FIRE. Arrows, whether on a surface or an enemy, can be detonated after 1.5 seconds.
(same velocity as full charged huntsman arrows, explosion has base damage of 80 and same splash radius as a rocket, up to three arrows can be out at once and all will be detonated on ALT FIRE)
+) Non-direct hits deal mini-crit damage and have increased knockback
(basically any damage that involves the explosion when the arrow is not attached to an enemy)

-) Weapon cannot be charged
(ALT FIRE is taken up by detonation mechanic)
-) 66% damage penalty
(40 damage on hit, but much more with the explosion)
-) -60% max primary ammo on wearer
(10 shots, much less spammable)


You would think that giving a sniper a stickybomb launcher would be a terrible idea and would not work in practice, but I believe that an experienced sniper with this rifle could deal some extra damage to enemies by allowing them to retreat to their team before detonating the arrow, dealing massive damage to all in the radius. The increased knockback can disrupt enemy pushes significantly, though the inability to charge means that individual target damage is limited to the arrow + timed explosion combo.

how about this:
pros:
always instakills

cons:
+100% reload speed
-50% firing speed
if miss hit your self idiot
