With the glitter world IV & suspect the Painkiller iv (untested) it causes colonists to get up before they are healed also allow the check for prisoners to be released from captivity & immediately collapse i have to force them to use the bed or Anaesthetise them. i guess your supposed to use it for surgery but then why would Blood pumping buffs be involved. id recommend having the pain reduction be enough so they would want to sit in the bed but not subjecting them to excruciating pain. not so mutch they feel fine try to walk it off only to drop like a sack of potatoes. either that or for pawns that cant walk the iv detects it & administers aesthetic so they can some healing.
