Stats (cuz why the hell not)
for my suggestions, it would be:

+25% knockback
Bleed effect (duration depends on how far enemy has been flung)
-15% damage
-30% swing speed
no random crits

My idea:

+) On hit: stagger enemies. Staggered enemies take 100% more knockback from all sources for a short period. (8 seconds)
-) 20% slower swing speed
-) Marked-for-death while holstering and for a short while after holstering this weapon (2 seconds after)

Just making it a skullcutter reskin would be fine with me.:spycon:

Design: A weapon designed to lock enemies in melee and prevent them from escaping your reach.

Pros:
-Slows enemies on hit for 2 seconds

Cons:
-20% Slower Swing Speed
-No Random Crits
-Slower Draw Speed
