Considering it would be the first non-minigun primary, I don't think vave wpuld make its stats visible, kind of like with the flaregun for the pyro.

With a auto firing weapon, you have to take in account the obvious stats: Increased fire rate, greatly increased weapon spread, increased bullets (or pellets), and overall decreased damage per pellet. Secondly, the clip mechanism should allow the heavy to reload a lot faster than shell-by-shell, but to give it a clip feed would be too easy. How about, the gun doesn't need to reload, but uses the heavy's primary ammo, with each shot consuming 10 units, sort of how the Shortstop works. So no reload necessary, but as a sacrifice you are using essential rounds for the sake of clear cut, close range combat.

So, for consensus:

20% increased fire rate.
60% increased weapon spread
+15% bullets (pellets) per shot.
-20% damage per pellet.
No reload necessary
-Consumes 10 ammo from your primary weapon

More ammo, magazine reload, less damage, more spread.

maybe it could have 1 ammo and shoot a large volley of bullets that could bereloadeed with the speed of a shotgun

My idea:
+20% damage
-22% fire rate
30% slower reload (probably a heavy clip)
10% chance for a mini crit per shot
+5% movement speed when in hands

I think it should be like slow-firing machine gun that fires high-caliber bullets, but not slug level. A better smg. Secondary
Number 2 28 Sep, 2017 @ 3:59pm
or speed up the firing and make it primary
Scrangican 13 May, 2018 @ 4:43pm
Gangsta Shooter
+ 40% firing speed
+ no reload neccesary
- 10% damage
