Siege towers Bug

For some reason my siege towers are double the size of the walls, and my troops just jump down like super heroes from the massive height, is that a bug?

there are two sizes of towers in the game one for high wall settlements and one for small towns with basic walls. In your case it means that the wrong type of tower is assigned to your settlement.
