Playing as castille dominating the moors, just finished off the almohad and cant keep public order across all cities, decided to create a buffer state and gift them all the cities i dont want, i click on the button and nothing happens, i get a notification that a vassal state was created, but nothing happens,
i tried it with ALL cities in norther africa, nothing happens. tried playing as a different faction and it works with england, restarted game, computer, verified game files, reinstalled the mod, nothing,
would appreciate some help.
