Rebel Cities Like OG Medieval
Hey there, I'm a big fan of what yall have created, but i was curious if there will eventually be a rebel city faction modded in a way that there can be a classic medieval 2 total war start.

Not a dev, but I think that the "rebel" factions in the older titles were mostly there to be placeholder city owners to get around the faction limit. With the limit either removed or much higher than it used to be, it's a lot better to have actual factions that you can engage in diplomacy with owning all of the regions.
