Goes over the entire map sometimes and sometimes doesnt even kill people...

I tried to fix this but i cant get behind why its doing that, can you tell me ?

Even when i put the range on both instances on 200 its doing that sometimes.
Most of the time it works as intended tho, but i would like to fix it / get this one fixed.
