You cannot change the color of the feathers anymore, you used to be able to but now they are this ugly brown and you cannot change it. It's a shame because I'd like to make a pretty rock drake character but it is impossible with that ugly brown. The feathers are region 1 according to the wiki:

And I think you have region 1 on Drakes being blocked, you have region 2 being able to be editted.

The regions for your mod is different than how Ark handles it, btw.

I'm not sure if any other dino has been messed up due to how you have your color regions vs Ark regions. If you could allow your region 2 to be editted vs region 3, that probably would help with Rock Drakes being able to change their feather colors.
