Fix second player vertical look.
To fix this you'll have to edit a file called "360controller.cfg" located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg"

Below the 59th line
// controller2 bindings
replace
+jlook
with
cmd2 +jlook
save changes and it'll be fixed.
