If you have the "Common Sense" mod with the "Pawns are encouraged to clean before eating at a table or relaxing socially" setting ON, pawn will ignore all individual sliders range (table) and pick the CLOSEST AVAILABLE table.
The global range slider (for all tables) will work (it just change the vanilla range for tables).

With this setting ON :
- You CANNOT allow/disable individual table (always CLOSEST).
- Pawn will clean around the targeted table.

With this setting OFF :
- You can allow/disable individual table.
- Pawn WILL NOT clean around the targeted table (before eating).

You can still prevent the "eat without table" (may be long walk), no matter this setting, using the global table range.
