I cant change the texture
I edited it to say November but when I changed the texture most of it is black and all I see is the top left corner of it. I tried exported the tga like you said but when I open it all it is is a transparent image with a few squares and in the top right corner is the bottom left corner of the paper. Its completely useless. How do I undo the transparency?

My guess is that you have to find the original texture from the texture file from the workshop folder, and just slide the pic in
