One of the devs help me fix the problem

The problem is that i had in the mod files in data folder (steam/steamapps/common/Total War Attila/data)

If you have the mod files (named 1212) in your data folder, you should delete them
The mod files should only be in steam/steamapps/workshop/content/325610
