Army ISSUES/ GLITCH

So i have experienced some issues with raising armies after a certain point. I expand my imperium and can have 6 armies, however, I am unable to raise another army anywhere in my kingdom. I am stuck on 3 armies and am unable to expand anymore because i get overwhelmed with enemies.

ANY HELP???

something they need 2 fix, it may be possible 2 tweek that setting yourself in the folders. post in more active modding communities 4 help.
