On which dificulty do you all play?

My experience so far is: Archers/ crossbow units are totaly useless. Even on "Normal" dificulty I could shoot for several minutes on enemy units and they might lose 10-15 men (lol).

Also Spearmen are so weird. My Spear (even when in phalanx) would lose to every enemy light cavalary. Even the enemy spearmen lost several 1v1's against my archer units.

Also: Do you guys have the same issue that it literally takes 10-15 minutes until battles even start? My AI doesnt move, even worse: When facing 2 armies, they move back to merge - even tho I am the one who is getting attacked. It took 22 minutes until enemies finally came to my army.

Beside that; I love the mod.
