Ik a solution to both. Download the Media Player, and download the Sit Anywhere Swep.

Get a Chair, Remove the...(I forgot what its called, but it makes it Where the Chair can Go threw other stuff,) And then place it inside the Chair, and Sit! :D

All you have to do is play in the Cinema Gamemode https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=118824086
Then it'll allow you to go inside the doors and private rooms
